The ‘thinking mind’ has an incredible impact on the mental, emotional and physical state and this dramatically impacts the quality of life, ability to function and ultimately determines the capacity to create a life of fulfilment, peace and contentment of the ‘thinker’.
Amongst all people there is a common thread, which contributes towards their suffering, and this lies within the woven fabric of their brain, their inner language and the words they use.
By becoming conscious of your thoughts, the words you think and use, you are able to shift your outlook, simply and profoundly changing your life.

Studies in Neuroscience have discovered that words have a direct influence upon the neurological structures of the brain. Research by Dr. Andrew Newberg and Mark Robert Waldman outline that, “a single word has the power to influence the expression of genes that regulate physical and emotional stress”.
Furthermore, research by Dr Masaru Emoto, discovered that water changes depending on its exposure to words. His work outlined that the power and resonance of words affected the molecular structure of the water. By meditating, playing music or placing certain words in direct contact with water, the water’s structure was altered, transforming to resemble the emotional composition of the word’s intention. Water is affected by the information it receives therefore this give precedence that WE are affected by the information we receive.

These findings are literally a game changer. Basically stated, words change the brain. If water is affected by the information it receives then we are affected by the information WE receive. 70% of our body composition is water and water has the ability to absorb intention, therefore, we have the power to influence our relationship with our life, and change our emotional and mental state via the words we use.
Words are the instruments from which our world is created. The author of Conversations with God, Neale Donald Walsh outlines this truth, “you are the creator of your reality, and life can show up no other way for you than that way in which you ‘think’ it will.”
