Good Intention & Co Stickers are made to be re-moveable. Over time these materials may fade, loose stick and slightly change in their appearance. Different surfaces respond in different ways to the stickers. These products are not completely waterproof therefore apply Good Intentions & Co Stickers to dry surfaces. Please keep reasonably dry and free from body oils, moisturisers, full sun and freezing cold containers. These products are predominantly for use on dry surfaces. Please take this into consideration before purchasing.

 

Good Intention & Co does not exchange, return or refund for ‘change of mind’ or bear any responsibility for customers not researching the product thoroughly before purchase. 

 

Good Intention & Co bear no responsibility for harsh treatment or careless application. 
 Good Intention & Co will not be liable for any losses, damages, claims or expenses arising from the use or connected with the site or any products purchased on the site.

Any requests will be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Good Intention & Co. Please retain your original invoice for proof of purchase.

We do not allow for reselling on Etsy, Amazon or Ebay.

What is the wholesale price range? 
$30-$500. The wholesale look-book and line sheet will be emailed to you.

What currency is the wholesale order paid in? 
If you are in Australia or New Zealand, it will be AUD. 
If you are international it will be AUD. 

What payment method do you accept? 
We accept the methods on our website.

Payment 
Payment is required prior to shipment. Requests for payment terms are subject to approval. 

There is no minimum order.

Order terms
Orders are only accepted with complete information. These will be emailed to you in response to your enquiry.
- Completed wholesale application.
- Signed Good Intentions & Co agreement.
- Current shipping information. 
- Current Paypal billing information. 
- Completed and signed Purchase order.  

Missing information will delay order processing and shipping. All orders are considered “pending” until payment has been completed. Please take transit time into consideration. 

Cancelled orders 
Orders may be cancelled 1-day from the date placed. Cancellations after this period will not be accepted as goods are made to order and are being produced, packed and shipped. 

Refund policy 
We do not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty or not true to design then we will then help you with an exchange or refund.

Social Media
The use of our high resolution images for your marketing will be provided once the order has been received and payment is made. These will be sent to your email. You are also welcome to use any current Good Intentions & Co published images, product descriptions and recommended retail prices. Please note that these images are still solely owned by Good Intentions & Co and both companies are to agree on usage. We are also in agreement of you using your own creative images.

If you require our logo for your marketing, please email us and it can be sent to you. 
We require you to keep in mind the value and reputation of our brand. 

Law that Applies 
Our agreement and these terms and conditions will be construed and governed according the laws of Queensland, Australia.
